I know fear well. I have done so much work to understand myself and my fears and to offer myself love and support in the process. I have made strides. I have much work still to do.

Yesterday I had so much fear come up that I froze and I felt stuck. It was because I was doing something new in a place that I'm not familiar with.

I made our I stand Firm in My Power Journal Notebook, because I want to remind myself that fear can't take away my power. I will stand firm in my power even when I am trembling inside. And maybe, just maybe, you will gain something from my making this too.

Our journals are 4.25 x 5.5 in. with 48 blank pages and 120 GSM paper.
